1.Brief

We listen and gather as much information as possible from the clients and team to give them what they expect. And more thoroughly research and investigate other concepts to understand the business goal.

2.Design

We create 3D visuals based on your brief & budget. We involve our clients throughout the process and can take their feedback and optimize our ideas to create a defining concept for the stand.

3.Preparation

After the final stand design, we start setup in our factory for construction, graphics printing, and AV equipment. Our team will take good care of building to create an unparalleled on-site experience.

4.Logistics

We guarantee the safe and timely delivery of your exhibition stand to the venue using our fleet of specialized delivery vehicles. This reduces reliance on third parties, enabling us to maintain full control over the transportation process. If you’re exhibiting in Germany or anywhere across the globe, our logistics team ensures your stand arrives on schedule and ready for a smooth installation.

5.Installation and Dismantling / Deliver

We will reach on-site with all the essential tools, equipment, and supplies that will be needed to build the booth and will be on-hand through the entire process before delivering the finished booth upon completion. Once the show is over, the I&D team will dismantle the booths to ensure that your stand’s essential parts are safely detached for future shows. Right from trade show booth design to dismantling, all the details are handled for you.

6.On-site supervision

We provide seamless on-site support during your exhibition. Our show-site supervisors stay with you throughout the exhibition to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, we’re there to take care of any last-minute issues or on-the-spot fixes, so you don’t have to worry at all.
